Business Development Professional


Eos Risk Management is a rapidly growing and ambitious security risk management practice operating on a truly global basis. Already extremely successful in the Maritime Security Sector Eos wishes to build on this success by both increasing market share as well as expanding into new markets.

Proven experience of developing new business, working on initiative, client account management and a thorough understanding of this exciting and complex sector are essential. A military background will also add gravitas to those applying for this position.

Compliance/Quality Manager


As a progressive employer in an increasingly regulatory demanding sector, Eos is seeking the services of an experienced Quality/Compliance Manager.

Candidates must be able to strongly demonstrate the ability to work within existing frameworks such as ISO9001:2008 as well as the ability to work with and develop systems in line with other published standards. In particular those with knowledge of SAMI, SCEG, Gray Page/North of England, and other similar maritime security specific bodies are of interest, although not essential.

Your role will include: systems development, audits, assessments, quality plans, liaison with external certification bodies and similar, reporting to Senior Management, and the overall policing of Eos internal QA function.

Duty Watchkeeper - Position Closed


Do you want to work in a rewarding and fast moving environment providing extremely important shore-side support to our security teams working overseas?

Due to the increase in demand for our services Eos is seeking to fill the important position of Duty Watchkeeper.

Working out of conventional hours you will be based in our Operations Centre, monitoring incoming communications, providing up to date intelligence, responding to alerts, emergencies and requests, assisting with problems and also supporting the daytime activities of our Operations Department.

You will form an integral part of our Team and as with all Eos positions be rewarded for your good service.

This position will be located at our HQ in North Staffordshire.

ISPS Code / Maritime Security Trainer


Eos are looking to employ a trainer with proven experience of delivery of Maritime Security courses.

This role will demand substantial international travel and only those willing to undertake extended periods of overseas work (up to 6 wks) need apply.

Relevant experience is a must, however our emphasis will be placed upon the quality of your delivery, which must be enjoyable, engaging and ultimately relevant to our trainees. Our trainees include former armed forces personnel, shipping industry officers, Government agents, and offshore oil and gas personnel.

Maritime Security Operatives - No current positions available


Eos is currently recruiting Maritime Security Operatives for ongoing and forthcoming contracts. If you meet the following requirements and would like to work for a professional, established Company that rewards loyalty with good rates of pay, regular work and promotional prospects for team members with aptitude, then please read on.

Almost all of our contracts are armed therefore it is important to note that those applicants that have not received training through the British Army need not apply.

Candidates must posses as a minimum:

UK armed services background
SIA Close Protection Lisence
Qualified as Ship Security Officer
Demonstrable experience in anti-piracy operations (in the private security industry)

Preferred requirements:

ENG1 Seafarers Medical

Maritime Security Team Leaders - Actively Recruiting


Eos Risk Management is recruiting experienced maritime security team leaders for ongoing and future contracts.

You will have the experience, attention to detail and command to lead teams of between 3 and 6 team members in the demanding maritime environment. Key to the service you provide is the quality of your reporting and communication skills, which will be used to provide Eos 24-7 Ops Dept with timely updates, incident reports and basic training of Master, Crew and fellow team members.

As a minimum we require the following:

Ex-UK armed services
Ship Security Officer qualified
Demonstrable experience leading maritime security teams
Seamans Discharge Book or Seamans Card
STCW95 (preferable but currently not essential)


In order to work for Eos we would also require you to undertake the following:

ENG1 Seafarers Medical
Yellow Fever Vaccination

Operations Manager - Vacancies Filles


Do you have a proven background in Operations Management, demonstrable skills relating to the preparation of and implementation of management systems, are task oriented, focussed, a team player, and pay attention to detail?

Eos Operates in the demanding and fast moving world of international maritime security and provides 24/7/365 operational support to its overseas based security operatives in areas of heightened risk.

Based in Staffordshire, in this office based role you will be responsible with your opposite number and a small management team, for the onshore support activities for our overseas teams, as well as resource management and roles relating to the preparation, deployment, management of and return of overseas security personnel and equipment.

The role will involve shift working to ensure 24/7 coverage.
