As a provider of underwritten response services for many years, EOS Risk has conducted end-to-end kidnap response, leading to the successful release of more than 30 victims.
The holistic service includes dedicated kidnap response line, initial call capture, appointment of negotiator and accompanying support team, full end to end negotiation, delivery of ransom, and the collection and repatriation of released individuals.
All services are conducted in line with the current UK Terrorism Act and associated amendments, Lloyds of London guidelines, and in compliance with all local legislation.
Services can be provided to underwritten policy holders (where EOS Risk is retained by underwriters) or on an ad-hoc basis directly to corporate clients.
