CRISIS MANAGEMENT & RESPONSE SERVICES
As a provider of underwritten response services for many years, EOS Risk has conducted end-to-end kidnap response, leading to the successful release of more than 30 victims.
The holistic service includes dedicated kidnap response line, initial call capture, appointment of negotiator and accompanying support team, full end to end negotiation, delivery of ransom, and the collection and repatriation of released individuals.
All services are conducted in line with the current UK Terrorism Act and associated amendments, Lloyds of London guidelines, and in compliance with all local legislation.
Services can be provided to underwritten policy holders (where EOS Risk is retained by underwriters) or on an ad-hoc basis directly to corporate clients.

Whether natural disaster based, civil unrest, war or terrorism, EOS Risk can, via existing relationships conduct air, road and sea movements, often with the support of local on the ground assets.
Real examples include the evacuation of an individual from a West African country who had a direct threat to life, within 12 hours of receiving the request from the client. The task resulted in EOS Risk being awarded the Support Partner of the Year award by a global civil engineering corporation with over 70,000 employees.

Working in tandem with our 24/7/365 Global Security Operations and Crisis Response Centre, our Emergency Response service is a retained service, with dedicated ‘Response Lines’ for each subscribing client.
The service’s diverse client base includes ship management companies, underwriters, through to operators of data centres.
Lines are manned by experienced call handlers, with escalation based upon pre-agreed protocols.
The service can include basic call handling only, through to the provision of advice, protection, extraction and other response based services.

Real examples of our successful delivery include the root to branch review and redrafting of a multi-site crisis management system for a large defence organisation operating across several countries.
