Emergency Response

Working in tandem with our 24/7/365 Global Security Operations and Crisis Response Centre, our Emergency Response service is a retained service, with dedicated ‘Response Lines’ for each subscribing client.

The service’s diverse client base includes ship management companies, underwriters, through to operators of data centres.

Lines are manned by experienced call handlers, with escalation based upon pre-agreed protocols.

The service can include basic call handling only, through to the provision of advice, protection, extraction and other response based services.
